Yesterday I was calm in the face of chaos and drama around me, just by remembering that “I Love My Life”.

I Love My Life moment this morning when I recalled a dream, vividly, that has given me a whole different perspective on this body and how to have it be healthy and balanced.

Well it’s not always sunshine and roses. I’ve been dealing with some serious pain issues. Bad ones! While having a little pity party, I was reminded of something Adam said and it made me weep: There are people taking their last breath in the moment you are taking a breath. I wept with gratitude, that even though I’m hurting, I AM ALIVE!

I’ve been in my brand new business for about a year without a whole lot of success. I watch my peers kill it in the same business! It’s so hard not moving, but I just keep plugging along, just keep going ahead, because I Love My Life! The self-doubt is strong but don’t let YOURSELF be your reason for failure.

Today was simply a difficult day. Every time I wanted to complain or give up, I thought about this challenge.

I’d take a deep breath and appreciate the air I was breathing, and that I was alive… but I still could shake the negativity. So I wondered, “What would make this moment better?” And what flashed was the smiles on my family’s faces, the love, the joy, the success in business ventures, growth, the sunsets, and bountiful gardens and meals shared with others! And I realized that I have a much bigger goal in mind. And I can choose in THIS moment to continue to engage in an environment of base-necessity thinking, or I can believe in that love, that joy, that peace, that passion, success, fulfillment, fun, excellence, beauty and beyond!

And so, in *this* moment, I choose peace, resilience, and love. #ILMLmoment

Sometimes I hit snooze just so I can use those 11 minutes to think of all of the things I am grateful for and how excited I am about the day.

We had record rainfall the other day. We couldn’t keep water out of the bays at work. Water and oil make for dangerous working conditions, and we fought. Soon I decided to make light of our losing struggles… this was the first of multiple “river dances”. Two of my co-workers joined in, and soon we were laughing and enjoying the day again! #ILMLmoment

I Love My Life moments are everywhere! Even in my cup 😉

Crazy evening with kids, needing attention, making noise, crying, fighting over the same plate at dinner! I centered this evening by looking up and giving laughter a go several times and saying inside, “I Love My Life”. My little girl just kept asking, “Whats so funny Mummy?” I answered her with, “I Love My Life.” xxooxx

“I Love My Life” is a part of my life now, even when I go through hell…  I still love my life!

As I say my 12 daily affirmations, I end with “I Love My LIfe!”

Even when there is pain, the I Love My Life Challenge is a reminder that I am lucky to be alive.

All I could think of while going through this hard moment was – my daughter is fine – and could say “I Love My Life”, even in the middle of a crisis. This one phrase pulled me through. I just kept saying this in my mind while driving to the hospital. I was so thankful to see my daughter fine. This was my ILML moment.

I Love My Life! I love the rendezvous and the chattiness in our local town store, the sharing, by 86 year old neighbor opening my car door and kissing my hand, the joy in watching our twins running freely, chasing birds, eating pasta messily and sticking their little hands in bubblegum flavored ice cream!
