Top Picks For Cultivating Resilience
Discover Adam Markel’s Favorite Products and Habits for Cultivating Resilience
As someone who’s passionate about helping people cultivate their resilience, I’m always on the lookout for new ways to support and inspire others. Moving forward, one of my big goals is to share some of my favorite tools, tricks, and products with all of you.
That’s why I’ve put together a list of my absolute favorite things – from top-notch brands and products to habits and hacks that have helped me stay resilient through even the toughest times. Some of these items I love so much that I’ve even become an affiliate for them.
I plan to update this list on a monthly basis, so you can keep checking back for new recommendations and ideas. Whether you’re looking to boost your mental health and physical wellbeing, or just live your best life, I hope you find something on this list that inspires you.
As part of my morning routine, I always make sure to include Athletic Greens in my smoothie. This amazing supplement gives me the perfect combination of nutrients to support my gut health, boost my immunity, increase my energy levels, and even promote healthy aging.
And here’s some great news, you can now get One Year Supply of Vitamin D3+K2 and 5 free travel packs of AG1 with your first order from Athletic Greens! Just use my special link to access this exclusive offer.
I recently added the Oura ring to my life, and I have to say, I’m absolutely loving it. While I initially purchased it to track my sleep cycles, I’ve learned that it can do so much more than that. With Oura, I can access guided meditations to help me destress and stay focused, as well as track my daily fitness activity.
But what I love most about the Oura is that it provides me with insights into my vitals. With this information, I can make more informed decisions about my health and well-being.
Overall, I highly recommend Oura to anyone who wants to take their health and wellness to the next level. It’s been a game-changer for me and I’m confident it can do the same for you too.
My family and I have been using Charlotte’s Web’s CBD products for a while now, and we’re all big fans. From their gummies for post-workout recovery to their creams and salves for pain relief, their products are top notch and have helped us soften some of life’s hard edges.
That’s why I’m thrilled to share with you all that as an affiliate, I can offer you a special deal. When you use my link, you can get a $15 coupon code to apply to your first purchase from Charlotte’s Web. That means you can try out their amazing products and experience the benefits of CBD for yourself, all at a discounted price.
I truly believe in Charlotte’s Web and the positive impact their products can have on your health and well-being.
Legs Up The Wall
I utilize a practice I call “legs up the wall” to recharge my energy in the afternoon without having to reach for more coffee or sweets. This simple practice involves lying flat on the ground with your legs perpendicular to the floor and parallel to the wall for 20-30 minutes. You can even use your bed if you prefer. The benefits of this gentle inversion are numerous, including better blood flow, decreased heart rate, activation of the parasympathetic nervous system, and relief of insomnia and anxiety. I personally use this practice to recharge my energy in the afternoon and also to prepare for better rest at night.
Yoga
Next, let’s talk about nighttime yoga. My wife Randi and I use gentle evening yoga as a means to relax and stretch our bodies after a long day. This practice is easy to deploy and usually takes less than 30 minutes. Our recommendation is to find a yoga instructor that you enjoy following. We personally use 30 Days of Yoga with Eliz and find her routines to be gentle and effective.
Both of these practices have been game-changers for me and I’m confident they can be for you too. Give them a try and see how they can help you destress and recharge.
