Adam is a self-proclaimed “recovering attorney” who reinvented his own career path to become CEO of one of the world’s largest business and personal growth training companies. He also brings invaluable experience in both corporate, entrepreneurial ventures and investments. Family is central to Adam’s life and work. He is immensely grateful everyday for his college sweetheart, wife of 30 years and business partner, Randi Markel. Their greatest joy is their four beautiful and healthy children, who are all committed to having a positive impact on the world.

Randi Markel is the Co-Founder and Chief Operations Officer at More Love Media Inc. Randi is often referred to as “Mama Bear” because of her fierce commitment to nurturing the team, clients and the business vision. Randi handles scheduling, finances, client care and a myriad of other operational responsibilities. Randi brings 17 years as a teacher in the public school system, along with extensive experience working with women in the entrepreneurial and spiritual spaces. In addition, Randi is a relationship expert who, together with Adam, her husband and business partner of 35 years, teaches a signature program on building Resilient Relationships. Randi’s passions are her family and the nascent Peace Feels Like Foundation that she co-founded to empower and inspire teens to discover their inner peace, give it a voice and be better prepared for loving life’s journey. The foundation is joining the force to raise awareness of suicide prevention among youth. You’ll hear much more about the foundation in the coming months!

Chelsea Markel is a Co-Founder and Chief Marketing Officer at More Love Media, where she focuses on all things digital strategy, direct marketing, partnerships and communication strategy. Her nickname on the team is “swierce” for her mix of sweet and fierce energy! Chelsea is passionate about all things natural beauty, wellness, self love and personal development. She loves helping entrepreneurs and organizations connect more deeply with their customers and create marketing campaigns that build community, drive sales and touch lives.

Deanna Clarance is a Co-Founder and Chief Brand Officer. In this role, she ensures that all customer touch points reflect the authenticity, strength, beauty and loving intent of More Love Media. In addition, she focuses on product development and thoroughly enjoys supporting their clients and students in accelerating their success. Deanna brings to the team over 20 years (let’s leave it at that) of experience in business development, marketing communications and consumer product development.
